Introducing the rare and exceptional collection of Wrought Iron Honworikami Aogami Super Knives by Miyazaki-san. Hand-crafted in the Nagasaki prefecture of Japan, each knife embodies unique craftsmanship and design.

Blacksmith Information

Haruki Miyazaki, a passionate and younger bladesmith, creates these masterpieces single-handedly in his small forge on the Goto islands. Keeping traditions alive, his process includes hand lamination, heat treatment with pine charcoal, and water quenching.

Knife Features

The Miyazaki Kajiya AS series boasts Aogami Super Steel, laminated in wrought iron. The blade sports a kurouchi finish with a subtle tsuchime hammered pattern, adding to its aesthetic appeal. The spine and choil are rounded for enhanced comfort. The knife comes fitted with an octagonal oak handle.
